Positive: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Hotel ! The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices. I also enjoyed the pool area — clean, quiet, and a great place to unwind. What stood out most was the service. Every staff member went above and beyond, from giving local tips to making sure I felt at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel. Great location, great service, — I’d definitely stay again!

Positive: Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location with nearby restaurants and shops with easy access to the Metro.
Negative: It was expensive but not unexpected for central Paris. The lighting could be improved; need more or brighter light fixtures.

Positive: Very central and quiet. Quirky and interesting decorations . Staff very pleasant and helpful and would definitely recommend staying . Breakfast good although more selection with GF options - ie cereal and breads please.

Negative: The spa had a cold hot tub, and the steam room wasn’t always on despite it being within the right times. I only picked the hotel as it had a spa and I was running the marathon, so for it to not be working was very disappointing. Other than that. Fabulous hotel.

Negative: For a 4* you would expect a bit more.The spa was a plus, but the swimming pool is more like a jacuzzi size. The room was really clean, but improvements- refreshing is needed. The breakfast was fair, but again I was expecting a little more from a 4*, not just the basic and a chef is not available to cook on request. Or if it is then nobody made us aware. The FOH staff don’t speak english and not easy to communicate, but reception staff do and this was helpful. I had better selection on a 3* hotels than here. The drinks at the bar were more expensive than the restaurants, and this I don’t understand. For 1 vodka tonic ( grey goose) I’ve been charged €19. The lady at the bar just poured some tonic from a 2L bottle and this kind of service is unacceptable in a 4*.I was expecting to receive a small bottle of tonic on a side.
